Arapahoe County Elections reminds voters of new districts, precinct numbers
The Arapahoe County Clerk and Recorder’s Office is advising voters that their precinct or district numbers may have changed as a result of the 2022 redistricting process and these changes may affect Congressional or State legislative contests that appear on ballots for the 2022 primary or general elections.
The Arapahoe County Board of Commissioners approved new precinct maps in January, the result of a nonpartisan process that occurs every 10 years.
“Voters may notice new district and precinct numbers on their ballots this year but it won’t affect where or how they can vote,” said Clerk and Recorder Joan Lopez.
Additionally, changes to districts and precinct numbers will not:

Change where voters will cast their ballots in the June primary or November general elections

Change representation by elected officials in 2022 for any voters

Change County Commissioner district boundaries, or move any voters between such districts

Update city council wards, school district or RTD director boundaries.
Voters and County residents can look up their new district or precinct numbers, and view new precinct maps, at ArapahoeVotes.gov. Voters can also go to the website to register to vote or update their registration and, beginning in early May, view sample ballots for the June 28 Primary Election.
