This service is available to Arapahoe County voters between Monday, October 27 - Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

1. Find your Voter ID and validate your address

• Before you can request a new ballot, you need to identify your Voter ID and verify your address is correct with the Colorado Secretary of State. Your address must be current so the correct ballot is printed.

• This service can only be used if your current address is in Arapahoe County.

2. Request a ballot

• Fill out the form below to request a ballot at one of our pickup locations.
  • Provide your name, address, Voter ID, and date of birth so we can verify your identity.
• You can only pick up your own ballot. Fill out a separate form for each person in your household who needs a ballot. That person must also attend the appointment.

3. Pick up your ballot at your convenience

• We'll notify you when your ballot is ready. Once ready, you can pick it up at one of our designated pickup locations during the hours listed below.
• Make sure to bring a Colorado driver's license or other acceptable form of identification
